4. How to Request a Refund

Since payments are processed through Google Play Store, refunds must be requested through Google:

1. Via Google Play Store:
   • Open Google Play Store app
   • Tap Menu → Account → Order History
   • Find the Bagula Prep subscription
   • Tap "Request a refund"
2. Via Google Play Website:
   • Go to play.google.com/store/account
   • Find the order and click "Report a problem"
   • Select refund option and submit
3. Contact Us Directly:
   • Email us at support@bagulaprep.com
   • Include your Google account email and order ID
   • We will assist with the refund process

5. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:

• Google Play refunds: 1-4 business days
• Credit appears on original payment method
• Bank processing may take additional 5-10 days

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• Open Google Play Store → Subscriptions
• Select Bagula Prep and tap "Cancel subscription"
• You'll retain access until the end of the billing period
• No further charges will be made after cancellation
